1. Items are made to order after receiving payment. All items are in New, Never Used condition. The prices of our products are as shown. There are no hidden discounts or hidden prices.

2. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. This usually takes 2-5 days after receiving payment but may be shorter or longer depending on the size of your order and overall order volume. If you need an order quickly please make a note of this in the "special requests, instructions, or questions" block in the order form.

3. Small order First Class Mail shipping cost is $3.95. Priority Mail costs vary by order size and customer location. Shipping costs are shown in the Checkout Page once the customer provides their shipping address and shipping method (if applicable, see Item 4).

4. We ship small orders by First Class US Mail. This saves the customer money. Our shipping algorithm automatically determines if an order is small enough to ship First Class. The customer has the option to select USPS Priority Shipping for their small orders if they wish. The shipping method dropdown box is on the Checkout form.

5. Larger orders all ship by USPS Priority Mail. This is only slightly more expensive than USPS Parcel Select and provides much quicker delivery time, insurance, and tracking. Other shipping methods (e.g., UPS, Fedex) are usually much more expensive.

6. USPS Priority Mail shipping times are usually 2-3 days, depending on the customer's location. First Class Mail shipping times are usually 4-5 days depending on the customer's location.

7. Total order fulfilment time is the sum of the order production time and the shipping time.

1. All returns require prior authorization by calling or emailing Rainbows By Paulette.

2. All returns must be within 30 days of date of purchase.

3. Dirty, marked, cut, disassembled, worn-out, frayed and otherwise defaced goods will not be accepted for return. Such goods will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

4. Bows made with Metallic or Chiffon ribbon are not returnable.

5. Holiday bows are not returnable.

6. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
